What began in 1978 as a service based organisation has grown, employing 18 staff and expanding out of Victoria into New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia to be firmly positioned as a leader in its field.

With its name coming from the three founding partners, Frank Fialka, Ted Carpenter and Larry Rigoni, FCR  Motion Technology has achieved success through hard work and an unwavering focus on four core beliefs:
